The comeback of a legend! The Milgauss first appeared at the end of the 1950's and it's the engineers' watch. Like its name suggests, it can resist magnetic fields of up to 1000 ("Mille" in French) Gauss, where watches of that period could resist up to 50 or 100 Gauss. After many evolutions, the line stops at the end of the 1980's.
It's in 2007 that the Milgauss makes a comeback with, amongst other, this anniversary version and it's green sapphire glass, unique, and the hommage to the first Milgauss with the lighting bolt seconds hand.
A fun watch, nice to wear and with a long history. We love it!
