Deliveries in France are made by Chronopost, UPS, FedEx or Colissimo followed.

Deliveries made outside France are made through Ferrari Logistique, the worldwide leader in transportation of High-end Jewelry & Watches

We cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery caused by an event beyond our control or if you are unable to provide us with adequate delivery information.

We provide a  guarantee with our Products for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. Except Waterproof.

Items are sent fully insured after receipt of funds.

We accept payments via wire transfer only.

In case of returns, the client has 3 days from the day of the receipt to contact us, in order to arrange terms and procedures.
